Marie raised one eyebrow. "We should really get out of here before a crowd of Erasers comes charging out of nowhere."

"My thoughts exactly."

Nia nodded.

Marie nodded as well. "Come on then." She sprinted toward the rest of the group and launched into the air. "I'll scout ahead from the air."

Nia turned into a cat and trodded along.

"I'll join you, Marie," Monica said. "James can scout on the ground."

Marie nodded. "Alright."

Nia was half-listening.

Monica took off after Marie.

Marie scanned the trees.

Monica flew in a tigh circle. "No Erasers in a ten mile radius."

"Except for Morgono." Marie pulled her wings in and dove back toward the group.

"No dip, Sherlock."

Mrie landed in the glade. "It's safe to move."

James nodded. "I agree. I can't smell any intruders orstalkers."

" Me either." said Nia

Marie nodded. "Come on then." She turned and padded into the trees.

James put his arm around Monica as they walked.
