Circle Justice

Madeline is new on the island and now one knows her.

Night smirked.

"Don't smirk at me, young grasshopper," Madeline snarled. "I have more where that came from and next time, it'll go throught your chest."

Mist glared at both Night and Madeline. "You might as well have aimed that knife at me!"

Night held the knife with bloodthirsty eyes.

Mist assumed a ready stance.

"I warn you...I have enough knives to kill both of you."

The comment was directed at Nia.

And, Izabel, neither Nia nor Marie know Madeline...yet. They aren't yet on a first name basis.

Night aimed the knife.



It's Night not Nia.

Madeline nimbly climbed higher.

Oops...I confused your characters...they both start with n.

Who is she aiming at?

Mist didn't call Madeline by name.

The knife was directed at mist, right at her heart.




I do that a lot, Madeline, not to long ago I mixed up Dart for Drarak. I was thinking Dartbwhen I wrote it but I wrote down Drarak for some reason.

Madeline leaped into another tree, far out of Night's reach.

I don't know who Night's aiming at, but I can see reasons she's aiming at both.

I know Mist didn't call Madeline that, but I felt like the phrase implied Mist knew Madeline. I thought you were just going to...well, the best wy to describe it is what I did with Batwolf in Dark City...you'll see what I mean if you reread my posts...

Nia smirked

"I'm warning you!"

" Warning what!" Nia mocked," Are you going to banish me like the others did?" Nia mocked her.

Mist folded her arms and glared.

???

How did that get there. I didn't throw the knife yet.

"Next time, I throw the knife, you'll be dead! I guarantee it! You can look at my criminal files!"

What happens if I kill you first?Night thought. Just then Night swung the knife at her with ear-splittling speed.

Madeline also had considerable speed. She ducked and the knife was embedded into the trunk behind where her head had just been. "Thank you for giving this back." She sheathed the knife.

Night ran to get her in the tree.

Umm...Madeline is up in a tree...two trees from where Nia is standing when she throws the knife.

Mist kept watching.

Madeline jumped into another tree as soon as Night got close.
